We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Business Partner / Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the budgeting forecasting and longterm financial planning processes. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support decisionmaking.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
• Performance Management: Monitor and report on financial performance identifying trends risks and opportunities. Develop and implement action plans to address variances.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the companys strategic plan ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Cost Management: Identify and implement costsaving initiatives without compromising business performance. Drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including auditors regulators and investors.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Indepth knowledge of financial planning analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
