What you will do!
Work closely with patients committed under various Oregon statutes.
Serve as an integral member of an interdisciplinary treatment team in a fastpaced setting.
Lead and participate in meetings related to patient care such as morning huddles admissions and care planning.
Conduct clinical assessments and provide individual group and milieu therapy.
Participate in treatment malls and supervise psychology interns/residents as assigned.
Psychological Evaluations & Consultation
Complete psychological assessments (personality cognitive risk malingering etc.) under appropriate supervision if required.
Attend clinical management meetings and provide expert consultation.
Meet deadlines and documentation standards as per policy.
Provide inservice training to treatment staff when assigned.
Treatment Services
Deliver individualized therapeutic services including group and individual psychotherapy.
Document all services and interactions in the medical record per departmental standards.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
Departmental Responsibilities
Abide by APA ethics departmental policies and hospital procedures.
Participate in ongoing education and supervision to maintain professional licensure.
Attend required meetings complete mandatory training and serve on committees as needed.

Clinical Psychologist 1
Doctoral degree in psychology from an APAaccredited program.
Completion of a oneyear APAaccredited predoctoral internship.
Must be eligible for licensure at time of hire and fully licensed within one year.
Four years of postMasters experience (for some roles).
Demonstrated experience promoting health equity and working with diverse and underrepresented populations.
Ability to maintain MAHPS privileging.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
A doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA accredited university AND completion of a oneyear internship in Clinical Psychology.
You must be eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Oregon
