We are seeking qualified and flexible candidates to apply for our growing Partsteam.
The primary purpose of the Parts ServiceConsultant is to quote and sell automotive parts to customers for Main Shop or Body Shop sales. Parts Service Sales Consultants are responsible for processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of parts to internal departments such as PDQ the Main Shop and the Body Shop.

Responsibilities
- Daytime scheduling MondayFriday and some Saturdays based on department rotation
- Quote sell and process Service department automotive parts
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain current product knowledge in accordance with GM and company standards
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Coordinate parts ordering and delivery process
- Notify Service Advisor when parts are available
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Bring your A game & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward
- Must have an outgoing personality
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
