Washington Hilton is looking to welcome a Housekeeping Manager to join the team!
The Washington Hilton which has 1107 rooms is located less than 2 miles away from The White House and National Mall. Our 100 team members report to our Director of Housekeeping.
The ideal candidate holds 2 years of recent experience in a Housekeeping Management role within hospitality.Knowledge of OnQ is ideal. Proven ability to lead a team. Passion for excellence and thrives in a highvolume environment. Experience in larger hotels preferred. Must be able to work the varying shifts.
Shift Pattern:Full Availability (weekday weekend and holidays) AM/MID/PM shifts
Salary Range:$65000$70000

What will I be doing
As a Housekeeping Manager you would be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage daily Housekeeping operations to include but not limited to maintaining cleanliness service and product quality standards of guest rooms public spaces restrooms offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage daily systems use and management cost controls and overall profitability systems use and management budgeting and forecasting department management policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include but not limited to providing supervision conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
- Oversee and conduct room inspections
- Recruit interview and train team members
