Job Summary:

As a MOKA Barista youll be at the heart of the actioncrafting delicious beverages engaging with customers and keeping our shops running smoothly. If you thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment and enjoy building relationships this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve highquality espresso drinks brewed coffee teas and specialty beverages
• Customize drinks to meet customer preferences while ensuring quality and consistency
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming friendly experience for every guest
• Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently including espresso machines and grinders
• Maintain a clean organized and wellstocked workspace
• Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
• Team Rockstar Collaborate communicate and support your teammates. Together youll keep the coffee flowing and the good vibes going!

Qualifications:

• Positive outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
• Previous food or beverage experience is a plus but not requiredwell train you!
• Must be available to work a minimum of20 hours/week(including weekends) with the potential for up to35 hours/week
