Operations Manager

The right person is an experienced handson Operations Manager who will:
- Direct and manage Real Estate and Consumer Loan Operations
- Oversee the daytoday management of debit and credit card programs
- Manage all electronic services operations such as online and mobile banking mobile deposit capture bill pay and wire transfers
- Serve at the Internal Systems Administrator who works directly with 3rd party vendors to coordinate updates
- Manage the Collections function of the Credit Union
This person must be flexible multitasking detailoriented and enjoy working with members and with numbers. No two days will be the same!
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of financial institution experience a minimum of two years of previous management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and an Associate degree in Business or equivalent experience/education.
