Job Summary
Supports financial decision making by monitoring deadlines; collecting summarizing and consolidating data; allocating variances; analyzing and interpreting data; making comparative analyses; explaining data and assumptions; researching and correcting variance problems; assembling and analyzing historical financial data; explaining data and assumptions.
Essential Functions
Provide analytical forecasting reporting and project support to senior management
Support the onboarding of junior analysts by mentoring and assisting them
Track key performance indicators prepare financial reports and sometimes present them
Create adhoc reports and perform financial analysis
Assists project teams with financial guidance
Reviews financial reporting and ensures data integrity to enable management decisions.
Ensures compliance with financial guidelines company policies and regulations
Education
- Bachelors Degree Related Field of Study required
- At least 35 years of experience in accounting or finance required
- At least 35 years of experience in a role within a large healthcare organization preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Good analytical and mathematical skills.
- Superior Excel Skills is required.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Ability to analyze consolidate and interpret accounting data.

Working Conditions
- This is a remote role that can be done from most US states but local candidates are preferred
- Monday through Friday fulltime schedule in Eastern Standard hours
