Property Manager Company Overview: Clearview Recruitment are excited to be working with our client an established independent agency based in Swindon to find them a Property Manager to join their experienced team.
Property Manager Role Overview: As a Property Manager you will be responsible for your own portfolio of properties ensuring constant exceptional levels of customers service and organisational skills. The role offers a competitive salary as well as a list of company benefits and perks
Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
- Negotiate renewal tenancy agreements with landlords & tenants including Rent Increases
- Liaise with landlords tenants and contractors to ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly and to a high standard
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met including compliance with relevant health and safety and fire safety regulations
- Act as the primary point of contact for all tenants dealing with enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Property Manager Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations including the Landlord and Tenant Act and Health and Safety regulations
- Experience in lettings management or property management
- Ability to manage a busy workload and work under pressure
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
