A dynamic and forwardthinking organisation is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of critical IT services and systems that support business operations. This senior role offers the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary technical team including Business Analysts Developers and Testers while collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to ensure delivery excellence through agile and DevOps methodologies.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a significant IT budget optimise vendor performance and align technology solutions with evolving business priorities. With a focus on agile maturity stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement this is a role where leadership innovation and strategic thinking are crucial.
Key skills and experience required:
- Minimum relevant degree in Information Technology or Businessrelated field
- Minimum of 35 years in a senior technical leadership role
- Strong experience in financial performance and vendor management
- Proven ability to manage multiskilled teams and largescale IT delivery
- Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g. LEAN Agile SaFe) preferred
- Excellent communication with executive stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
- Solid background in cloud platforms fullstack development and emerging technologies (AI/ML)
- Strategic planning and problemsolving abilities with a resultsdriven mindset
