1. Works closely with the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) to ensure Swim Lesson Quality expectations are being met to Goldfish Swim School guidelines
2. Provides inwater and poolside Curriculum support to staff by ensuring that proper holds end goals tools progressions and skill order are followed by all
3. Ensures the monthly implementation of the Digital Skill Evaluations & that completed Digital Skill Evaluations are sent out to members at least once a month
4. Assists Leadership with creation and facilitation of Lesson Quality based Workshops
5. Participates in positionappropriate online Workshops and Webinars provided by the Franchise Office
6. Comfortable leading offline training sessions
7. Assists in directing the daily operations to ensure the school is running according to GSS standard operating policies and procedures.
8. Oversees operational processes related to student progress and lesson quality such as 4 month checks private lesson progress and Golden Learners progress/satisfaction
9. Oversees and ensures quality of Deck Supervisor teams performance including but not limited to customer service swimmer evaluation process and lesson quality
10. Conducts training of current and new Deck Supervisors
11. Provides leadership and constructive feedback to our Deck Teacher Swim Instructor Golden Teacher and Deck Supervisor team including recognizing and delivering development opportunities beyond the normal scope of initial training and monthly checkins
12. Oversees maintaining accuracy of the Wet Side Training binder and any necessary updates. Reports any necessary updates or changes to employee training schedules to AGM
13. Offers customer service followup for member complaints and assists in providing inthemoment solutions with Front Desk associates/Managers and guests
14. Must become familiar and efficient with iClassPro and Sales and Member Services role
15. Will attend all Deck Supervisor Swim Instructor and Sales and Member Services workshops
16. Oversees all binders/drawers of the Deck Supervisor stand and Deck Supervisor Resources
17. Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the pool deck/the wet side of the facility and ensures the storage area for lesson equipment the Deck Hands room and the Deck Supervisor stand is stocked and organized.
