Anaplan is looking for a dynamic TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT to become a vital part of our PRESALES team working in MINNEAPOLIS MN. Join the energy and come be part of the momentum!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highimpact presales team where youll lead technical discussions with prospective customers and guide them through topics like platform architecture security data integration and compliance. As a trusted technical advisor youll help clear the path for IT approval and support the broader sales process.
Youll work crossfunctionally with Account Executives Product Management and Security teams to align technical solutions with business value. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex challenges thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about showing how technology can drive meaningful outcomes.

Insight on your Impact
- Interpret and align client IT/security needs with our platforms capabilities.
- Explore and share information on key technical topics to alleviate concerns and attain customer IT / security signoff.
- Act as an effective communication bridge between technical teams and business units for the prospect and for Anaplan.
- Work closely with Sales Product Management Customer Success and other teams to ensure technical alignment with sales strategies.
Your qualifications your influence
To be successful in the role you must possess the following skills
- Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable leading a technical conversation with a small group (5 to 15 people).
- Clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Able to comfortably adjust your communication style to your audiences level and needs.
- Strong problemsolving and customercentric mindset.
- 25 years experience in technical presales technical consulting or similar roles.
- Background in technical implementations engineering network/server administration or ETL (a plus).
- Experience with enterprise planning software or similar solutions.
- Involvement in technologydriven business transformation projects.
- Technical certifications are highly regarded.
- Strong collaborator problemsolving and people skills.
- Experience with data integrations / architecture (SAP S/4HANA ETL and REST API)
- Similar roles (Level 1 / Level 2 Technical Support PostSales InfoSec Consulting)
- Willingness to travel occasionally (as needed).
- A bachelors degree is preferred.
Base Salary Range:
$100000 $144000 USD
