The Franciscan Renewal Center (aka the Casa) is a nonprofit Catholic retreat center with 86 guest rooms and 24000 square feet of meeting space located in the heart of Paradise Valley Conference & Events Coordinator books nonprofit and religious group retreats onsite at the Casa and ensures seamless meetings for our retreat center is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to support established/repeat guests and inbound inquiries.
The Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating peaceful and rejuvenating experiences that leave a lasting impact on our visitors. Attention to detail impeccable organizational skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills along with warm hospitality contribute to the exceptional service we provide. This fulltime position reports to the Director of Meetings & Conferences and handles all aspects of a groups retreat from screening phone calls negotiating contracts entering all meeting room setup details and rooming lists in our system oversight of logistics for conference space conducting site inspections to invoicing clients. Additional duties include taking individual private retreat reservations and entering inhouse meetings in the Retreat Manager position does not work with outside vendors as meals are included in room rates and packaged to accommodate the oftenlimited budgets of nonprofit and faithbased organizations.
