Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician! This position is responsible for the maintenance repair and preventative care of manufacturing equipment critical to ethanol production. The position also ensures compliance with all federal and state regulations by performing required inspections as outlined in operating permits.

Duties:Including but not limited to: Perform service and preventative maintenance on centrifuges. Execute plantwide lubrication and greasing of equipment. Maintain and repair diaphragm pumps as needed. Service align and maintain centrifugal pumps. Operate maintain and repair rolling stock equipment. Continuously monitor the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime anticipate issues and identify improvement opportunities. Complete facility maintenance tasks as assigned through MAPCON softwaregenerated work orders. Conduct and document all required inspections in accordance with government agency standards.

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of boiler systems and experience with centrifugal pump maintenance and repair. Strong welding and pipe fitting skills preferred; basic knowledge of electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus. Proficiency in using MAPCON or similar computerbased maintenance software. Ability to work 9hour shifts and participate in an oncall rotation including availability outside normal shift hours. Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Ability to work at heights climb ladders lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions. Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and highnoise environments. Must wear FRrated clothing in warm weather as required. Position involves yearround indoor and outdoor work. Personal protective equipment (PPE) includes hard hats safety glasses and steeltoed boots.
