Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a long-term role with a manufacturing company located in Hillsboro OR. The person in this position will repair and perform preventative maintenance on facility manufacturing equipment under the guidance of a Senior Maintenance Technician.
Pay: $25/hr
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.
Rebuild pumps and troubleshoot wastewater systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of industrial maintenance experience. Other mechanical experience may be considered.
Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
Knowledge of wastewater systems is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude troubleshooting skills preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional after-hours or Saturday shifts for special projects.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and minimize production downtime.
Benefits:
Hourly pay rate: $25/hr.
Day shift schedule: 7AM-3:30PM Monday through Friday
