BILINGUAL - Spanish and English Speaking Customer Service Agent - Salt Lake City, Utah

What success looks like in this role:

• Ability to take inbound phone calls
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
• Building customer relationships through client side or peers within the team.
• Excellent communication skills while speaking to the customer
• Problemsolving abilities
• Empathy and patience
• Attention to detail with the consumer
• MutiTasking during calls ability to type and talk during the call
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment
• Customer service facing interacting with the General public
• Typing test will be included
• Bilingual spanish

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• May require technical certification or associate degree
  Generally 12years experience in area of responsibility
• Required to work in office 3 days a week
