Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional technical support to faculty staff and students ensuring seamless use of applications operating systems and devices (PCs Macs tablets and phones) in a Microsoft 365 environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues delivering user training and enhancing campus technology experiences. While not required familiarity with app development using tools like Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide frontline support for Microsoft 365 applications Windows 11 macOS (e.g. Sequoia) and mobile devices (iOS Android).

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues in a largescale environment.

Conduct training sessions to empower faculty and staff in using campus technologies effectively.

Assist with system administration and user account management.

Optionally contribute to automation projects using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate or similar tools if skills align.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (e.g. Teams Outlook SharePoint) Windows 11 macOS and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Two years of experience supporting hardware and software in a networked environment.

Two years of experience providing enduser technical support.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or workflow automation tools is desirable but not required.

Strong communication and problemsolving skills to support diverse campus users.
