Responsibilities for Process Engineering MTS include (but not limited to):

• Lead critical taskforce take ownership of critical initiatives and guide crossfunctional technical teams to implement new tech node yield roadmaps. Collaborate closely with process integration technology development and local yield teams to enhance new technology.
• Guide and mentor team members encouraging a culture of continuous learning and career development.
• Develop an approach for innovative solutions seeing opportunities for process improvements that align with innovative product requirements while optimizing costs.
• Develop a fundamental understanding of process engineering and its impact on overall process health.
• Provide engineering support to internal team members and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience in semiconductor processes particularly on CVD/PVD/Deposition process related. Must understand process integration well.
• Project leadership: Proven skills in leading complex technical projects ensuring timely delivery of highquality results. Ability to drive crossfunctional technical teams and successfully complete complex projects.
• Communication skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills including influencing and motivating. Ability to collaborate effectively with multifunctional multicultural teams.
• Innovation: Track record of providing innovative solutions.
• An advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science is preferred.
