Job Description
Our Opportunity:
We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as NonInventory Control Forklift Operator at our Belton MO Fulfillment Center. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Inbound Manager to manage the flow of noninventory goods such as supplies and corrugate ensuring efficient operations. As part of the team you will work across various departments to maintain a safe organized and clean work environment. What You Will Do:
- Unload and accurately store all corrugate and noninventory supplies from incoming trailers in a timely manner
- Inspect the quality and quantity of incoming supplies verifying them against the Bill of Lading (BOL) or Packing Slip for accuracy
- Organize supplies efficiently for both Outbound and Inbound departments
- Set up operations for success by strategically placing supplies in designated areas to optimize workflow
- Assist in locating missing or damaged noninventory supplies through research and investigation
- Act as a backup for daily cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy
- Support pallet collection and placement on the recycling trailer when needed
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse when required
- Perform any additional tasks as needed to support warehouse operations
What You Will Need:
- Flexibility to work across all shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Willingness to work overtime as required to meet business demands
- Proficiency in reading writing and following instructions in English
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as pushing pulling squatting bending and reaching frequently
- Expertise in operating powered equipment including Reach trucks Dock stockers Clamps and Double Pallet Jacks
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills for optimal challenge resolution
- Ambition and innovation in developing creative solutions to complex problems
- Excellent verbal communication skills enabling clear and effective collaboration with team members
