Parking Enforcement Officer: Staunton Police Department
Join a leading accredited law enforcement agency and make a difference in a thriving community. The City of Staunton Police Department is seeking candidates for a PartTimeParking Enforcement Officerposition.
This position is responsible for the following functions/tasks:
- Enforces metered parking customer pickup loading handicapped fire lane noparking zone and other parking regulations through regular routine foot patrol activities;
- Issues tickets for violations of parking regulations;
- Provides directions and routine parking information to the public and;
- Maintains appropriate records.
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and some work experience in the application of policies and procedures.
Starting hourly rate:$16.29. This is a parttime position with no benefits. This position is OPEN Until Filled.
