We are seeking a highly organized and resultsdriven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from order intake through to customer training and handover.
This hybrid role combines strategic project management with handson site management to ensure every project is delivered on time within scope and aligned with customer expectations.

Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead the execution of complex projects ensuring ontime onbudget delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans covering resources timelines and risk mitigation.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and proactively address potential issues.
Manage resource allocation and project budgets.
Site Management
Ensure site readiness including infrastructure logistics and safety compliance.
Maintain high standards of health safety and regulatory compliance on all sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve siterelated issues swiftly to avoid disruptions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Cluster OF Leaders Project Coordinators Installation Managers and Applications Specialists.
Assist in resolving resource gaps and managing capacity challenges.
Promote a teamoriented culture focused on delivering excellent outcomes.
Customer Satisfaction
Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution.
Provide regular updates and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
Maintain a strong focus on quality and customer experience throughout the project.
Reporting and Documentation
Keep accurate project documentation and reports.
Provide timely status updates to leadership highlighting progress and risks.
Participate in postproject reviews to drive continuous improvement.
What you bring
5 years of experience in project/site management preferably in a regulated medical or technical industry.
Proven experience in managing largescale multistakeholder projects.
Strong communication organizational and leadership skills.
Experience working in fastpaced dynamic environments.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time. Required to travel when appropriate to Customer sites and Elekta offices.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Fluent English and Romanian or Polish.
Skills & Competencies
Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) preferred.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira).
Knowledge of site management best practices and safety standards.
