Job Overview

We are looking for passionate Teachers to join our team at Podar Education Network. This is a fulltime midlevel position based in Davanagere and Shimoga. The ideal candidate should have up to 6 years of teaching experience and will play a crucial role in enhancing our students educational experience. The position requires a and prior teaching experience as mandatory skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• A graduate degree is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge in relevant subjects for effective teaching.
• Holding a degree is mandatory to demonstrate formal training in educational theories and practices (Mandatory skill).
• Maximum of 6 years teaching experience is necessary to provide a seasoned perspective on instructional strategies (Mandatory skill).
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with students parents and colleagues.
• Classroom management skills are required to maintain a conducive learning environment for all students.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that adhere to the schools academic standards and curriculum guidelines.
