We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Virtual Endpoint Engineer
In this role you will be working as a Virtual Endpoint Engineer for IT Infrastructure for supporting onprim and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Cloud Management: Oversee and manage cloud and on prem environments ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Deployment and Configuration: Deploy configure and maintain VE services and applications.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor VE infrastructure to ensure availability performance and security.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to cloud systems.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of cloud configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Optimization: Optimize cloud resources to ensure costefficiency and scalability.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in business information systems (IS) computer science or
related field or equivalentrelated IT experience.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Familiarity with Azure Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Omnissa Horizon infrastructure Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting VE environments.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
