Working Pattern: Typically 4 days in office with core hours flexible between 8am6pm.
We are looking for a trend driven experienced Designer looking to push the design across Babywear working for our in house global supplier Next Sourcing.

The role
Working withing the Babywear design category you will travel research and design elevated pieces within this department. Translating trends to elevated beautiful designs considering construction and fabrications will be a large part of the role. Reporting into the Design Manager on the team you will have the opportunity to work across this ever growing category whilst nurturing 1 Assistant Designer within the team. Having the forward thinking approach to trend fabrics and newness is vital in this role. How can you push things forward
About you
Experience & knowledge in Babywear design is a must for this role. Having strong presentation and communication skills you will be capable of working well with other team members and building productive relationships. We would love you to be highly organised selfmotivated and a team player. Experience within management would be a bonus. A strong interest in trends within the category would be an advantage. You must be able to use the Adobe suite to an excellent standard.

You would be joining an amazing team whose enthusiasm for trend design and elevation is the main role is based in their Design Studio at Head Office Leicester.
