Were looking for an experienced Global Mobility Manager to lead our international mobility programs. In this role youll manage assignments relocations and immigration processes for teams across the globe including our journalists on the ground. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager youll ensure a smooth and compliant mobility experience that supports both business needs and employee wellbeing.
You Will:
Lead our global mobility strategy operations and process improvement.
Oversee the full lifecycle of international assignments and transfers from planning through repatriation.
Advise HR teams managers and recruiters on global mobility best practices.
Maintain uptodate documentation and guidelines for each country.
Partner with relocation and immigration vendors to ensure smooth transitions.
Monitor visa tax and legal changes to manage compliance and risk.
Support deployments to highrisk locations in collaboration with legal security and compliance teams.
Use Workday to track assignments documentation and mobility metrics.
Analyse data to identify trends risks and opportunities for program improvement.
Champion the employee experience throughout each stage of the mobility process.
You Have:
Demonstrable experience in Global Mobility HR or related roles.
Wellversed in international relocation immigration and tax regulationsespecially in the UK Spain the Middle East and the Americas.
Strong project and vendor management skills.
Youre detailoriented solutionsfocused and able to juggle multiple priorities.
You communicate clearly and build trust across teams.
Youve worked with tools like Workday or other HR systems (a plus).
Youre passionate about supporting people and enabling global teams to thrive.
