Your Mission:
As an Engineering Manager (m/f/d) your mission is to empower your team to build highquality scalable and reliable software while ensuring timely delivery. You will provide technical and strategic leadership fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement. By optimizing processes enhancing team structure and refining engineering rituals you will create an environment where engineers can thrive grow and deliver impactful solutions.

Build and scale a strong motivated team by attracting top talent providing ongoing coaching and fostering a growthoriented mindset.Foster an inclusive hightrust culture and support career growth.
Create an environment where engineers feel valued empowered and psychologically safe while providing structured career development opportunities.Align technical direction with product and company strategy.
Work closely with leadership to ensure engineering priorities drive business success balancing innovation with technical feasibility.Ensure highquality scalable and reliable software delivery.
Implement best practices for testing architecture and code quality to maintain system performance security and scalability.Optimize developer experience tooling and workflows.
Continuously improve engineering processes CI/CD pipelines and development tools to maximize efficiency and reduce friction.Oversee project execution meeting deadlines and business impact goals.
Drive project planning ensure timely delivery and proactively address risks to keep teams aligned and focused on key objectives.Collaborate closely with ML Product Data and Research teams.
Bridge the gap between engineering and other disciplines ensuring seamless communication and alignment on technical and business needs.
Your Skillset What you bring to the table
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role with at least 2 years of experience managing highperforming technical teams
Strong technical background with expertise in software development system architecture and best practices
Experience working in a startup environment at a similar growth stage
Experience with agile methodologies project management and delivery processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
Ability to drive technical strategy and align it with business goals
Handson experience with modern development tools CI/CD pipelines and optimizing developer workflows
A passion for mentoring coaching and developing talent in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Experience in working with crossfunctional teams including Product Data ML and Research
Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to identify and mitigate risks proactively
Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with our teams
