The Project

CPB Contractors along with our industry partners have been appointed as an Alliance to deliver the Main South Road and Victor Harbor Road duplication projects with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport located in Adelaide South Australia. This is known as the Fleurieu Connect Alliance.

YourOpportunity

As a Supervisor you will be an integral member of the construction team working closely withthe Superintendent effectively coordinate site employees plant resources and subcontract teams to achieve quality and safety objectives.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Must have minimum 5 years experience supervising large crews on infrastructure projects particularly supervising direct labour and subcontractors on structural projects
  • A collaborative and diligent attitude to project delivery and commitment to promoting a friendly team environment on site
  • Proven commitment to promoting safety quality and environment compliance on site
  • Proven leadership skills with an ability to get the best out of your team
  • Main Roads WA project experience or similar will be highly regarded.
