ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This individual will be responsible for managing all data additions and changes per customer or subject matter expert requirements. They will work closely with multiple teams across the organization to manage data change requests solve technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement activities around Master Data.
  • Oversee the creation maintenance and governance of material master data within SAP S/4HANA ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards and policies
  • Develop and implement data quality procedures including data cleansing validation and standardization to maintain high data integrity.
  • Identify and drive improvements in material master data processes utilizing SAP S/4HANA functionalities to streamline operations and enhance data management practices.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g. procurement inventory generation transmission finance) to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for material master data procedures and provide training to endusers to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Resolve datarelated issues and discrepancies providing timely support and solutions to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to material master data to support strategic decision making and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting SAP execution problems identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment working safely and accountably for supporting all Health Safety & Environmental Corporate and Site goals.
  • Be able to backup other department positions in times of need.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Due to our obligation to provide continuous reliable electric service to our customers the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and the ability to work outside your regularly scheduled office hours when necessary is an essential function of the job.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree information systems business administration or a related field. and 2 years of experience in Supply Chain preferred.

SAP knowledge and work experience/ Master Data experience in material master creation and maintenance.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The position requires an understanding of the significance of accurate data management and demonstration of an excellent eye for detail. Knowledge and familiarization with the SAP S/4HANA system is highly preferred.

Capability to prioritize and multitask effectively and track details for multiple projects

Ability to develop solutions where processes and procedures do not currently exist.

Excellent eye for detail and numerical skills.

Ability to work independently with little daytoday direction.

Strong organizational technical and analytical skills.

Good communication skills.

Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and accountable for supporting all safety objectives.

Selfdirected proactive and able to work through ambiguity and drive solutions in a startup environment.
