Job Description
Comfort Keepers is a home care agency locally owned and operated since 2004. We provide homemaking home health aide skilled nursing services in Central Minnesota. We have offices in St. Cloud Nisswa Litchfield and Buffalo.
We are currently looking to hire a fulltime RN for our growing company. We are nonmedicaid and nonmedicare.
Job duties and tasks may include:
Case Management
Skilled Nurse Visits
Triage
Full Intake/Open process that includes assessments contracts and computer entry.
Training and oversite of nonlicensed staff.
Supervised visits.
Reassessments.
Communications with referral sources medical providers clients and family.
Work environment includes office client homes through our Central Minnesota territory and working on the road between clients.
40 Hour Work Week: MondayFriday 8am430pm
128 hours PTO

Use of company vehicle for driving to client homes
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $36.00 $40.00 per hour
