Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Austin is hiring a fulltime Maintenance Director (BSC)
In this Handson position you oversee daytoday activities and personnel within your service area. Because you are always in contact with residents and families and to guarantee their satisfaction this position requires tact sensitivity and professionalism. The Building Services Coordinator will maintain the interior and exterior physical plant equipment and grounds. Recruit hire train supervise and develop housekeeping staff. Purchase account for and track housekeeping and building services supplies and equipment.

Requirements
Education: High School Diploma
Skills: Must be able to read write and speak the English language in an understandable manner
Years of Experience: 12 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance plumbing mechanical electrical minor construction and associated repairs as required to ensure resident comfort and safety preventive maintenance of building and ground maintenance
License: N/A
Certification: N/A
Physical Demands: Requires the physical ability to climb stoop bend and lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary to perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks
