Job Description
This position requires an active Secretclearance.
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented System Administrator to manage and maintain our organizations IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability integrity and efficient operation of information systems supporting both endusers and backend systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for System Administrator: Pay commensurate with experience.

System Administrator Responsibilities Include:
- Install configure and maintain servers networks and related hardware/software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Apply patches updates and security configurations in accordance with IT policies.
- Manage user accounts permissions and access controls in Active Directory and other systems.
- Support backup and disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Maintain documentation for systems configurations and procedures.
- Assist with IT audits compliance checks and vulnerability assessments.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated technical issues.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to enforce security best practices.
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned
System Administrator Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in system administration (Windows Linux or both).
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware HyperV) networking and scripting (PowerShell Bash).
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure) and remote monitoring tools.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or RHCSA preferred.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Puppet) preferred.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST FISMA etc.) preferred.
