About the role
Join our dynamic team and help us build optimize and maintain cuttingedge data integration solutions for global clients. In this fulltime clientfacing role youll work closely with customers to understand their data needs design effective solutions and ensure smooth implementation for longterm success.

Were hiring multiple Data Engineers and welcome candidates with experience in data engineering analysis management or similar fields especially those eager to transition into a customerfacing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering requirements from new and existing clients and designing integration pipelines
- Implementing new data integration or updating and expanding existing ones
- Provide excellent customer support and communication throughout the support lifecycle
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of data solutions
- Monitor maintain and optimize existing data integration solutions for clients
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL is a musthave skill
- Basic experience with cloud technologies preferably Azure services such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
- Strong customer support and communication skills in English
- Excellent soft skills including logical thinking troubleshooting and investigation
- Detailoriented with the ability to carefully manage tasks and communication with stakeholders
Extra points if you have
- Experience in Microsoft SSIS SQL server and Python
- Experience in a customerfacing role
- Background in data engineering data integration data analysis ERP consulting or related fields
- Procurement knowledge
