Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives in Lisbon Portugal (OnSite). In this role youll be at the heart of customer experience helping ensure excellence in service delivery quality and operational performance.

What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative youll:

Handle incoming calls or chats offering support and information on insurance policies

Process client requests in the policy administration system

Respond to customer emails and letters with clear professional communication

Manage digital documents and assist with policy updates

Support clients with claims payment updates and cancellation requests
What You Bring to the Table
Youll thrive in this role if you:

Are fluent in French (C2) and English (B2)

Have prior experience in customer service (a plus but not required)
-
Communicate with clarity professionalism and diplomacy

Are proactive motivated and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
