Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect verify and enter data from source documents into systems or databases.
- Extract relevant data from websites documents and internal systems.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Review and correct data entry errors ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Organize and maintain records and files both digital and physical.
- Generate reports and perform data cleanup tasks as needed.
- Work with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive data in compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry data extraction or similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and data management tools.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with web scraping or data mining tools is a plus.
