Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee HR Operations!

In this role you will be responsible for delivering core HR operational activities ensuring compliance efficiency and exceptional employee experience. You will work closely with stakeholders and support critical HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Manage endtoend HR operational processes including onboarding employee data management offboarding and documentation.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee transactions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR service delivery escalations.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Payroll Compliance IT and Talent Acquisition to support seamless HR operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service quality.

Maintain HR systems and tools; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decisionmaking.

Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation and compliance checks.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (MBA / BBA/ BCom preferred).

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong understanding of HR systems processes and employment laws.

Experience in HRMS tools like Workday SAP or SuccessFactors.

Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
