About the Role:
As a Travel Agent youll be an essential point of contact for clients during the booking process. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will help deliver a seamless personalized service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and reserving rental cars that best suit their travel needs
- Offer tailored advice on vehicle options packages and additional services
- Engage with clients through phone email and chat with a friendly professional approach
- Manage booking changes cancellations and address any concerns
- Stay updated on rental policies special offers and industry trends to support clients effectively
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and reservations to ensure topquality service
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problemsolving multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
