Salary is EUR 1050 per month gross with bonuses

Your responsibilities:

Assist customers via email chat and phone providing timely responses to their inquiries.

Offer guidance on using newly purchased devices and help arrange repairs when necessary.

Stay proactive positive and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Job requirements:
