Salary is EUR 1050 per month gross with bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via email chat and phone with clarity and empathy.

Assisting customers with product setup and troubleshooting ensuring smooth usage of their newly purchased devices.

Job Requirements:

Fluency in Italian.

Strong written communication skills.
