Remote Customer Care with a Cybersecurity Corporation (German Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Youve got to be located in Greece.
Salary is EUR 1300 per month gross with bonuses

As a consultant youll work with top multinational cybersecurity and antivirus providers.
What youll do:

Communicate with customers via phone chat and email

Ensure full functionality of antivirus protection
-
Troubleshoot technical issues using your problemsolving skills
-
Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
-
Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent a major brand
-
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers showing empathy at all times

Log cases on internal systems while staying updated on client products and services
What youll bring:

Fluency in German
-
Strong communication skills in English
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with problemsolving abilities

Empathy and a passion for customer service

Familiarity with AntiMalware and Firewall products
-
Ability to install operating systems and necessary software
-
Experience troubleshooting common PC Mac and mobile issues
-
Knowledge of MAC iOS and Android Operating Systems
-
Knowledge of Firewall Antivirus products and Security domains
-
Familiarity with Windows OS (XP to 10) and Mac OS fundamentals
-
Basic understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP DNS WLAN)
