Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire to assist with the appointment of a Kitchen Domestic on a 2month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 12.26 15.82 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the provision of catering services within the local day service.
- To carry out work requested by Caterer ensuring adherence to menus food is of good quality presented attractively and served at the appropriate time and in appropriate portion sizes.
- To carry out preparation of vegetables and any simple food preparation requested.
- Responsible for washing up pans utensils crockery and cutlery.
- Responsible for cleaning catering equipment surfaces and storage areas in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
Requirements:
- Either possess or have willingness to gain a certificate in basic hygiene.
- Willingness to train in hygiene safety and cooking to an appropriate level for the job.
- Understanding and appreciation of the needs and feelings of disabled people.
Experience Required:
- Related experience of cleaning and using equipment.
- In working as part of a team in a similar situation.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
