Spicerhaart the UKs largest independent property group is seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Area Director to lead operations across the Felicity J Lord brand. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a highperforming individual with a proven track record in residential lettings and strategic team development. As the Area Director you will be instrumental in shaping the growth culture and performance of our Londonbased lettings teams. With a strong business awareness and a passion for people development you will deliver results aligned with the values of excellence and integrity that define the Felicity J Lord brand.

• Complete ontarget earnings of 120000
• 40000 to 60000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

Essential Skills of a Residential Lettings Area Director at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Canary Wharf:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 3 years experience within residential lettings at a Branch Manager position or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers suppliers communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
• A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
• Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
