About the Role
We are currently hiring an experienced Account Manager (L4) to join our client Amazon/ at their Cairo Corporate Office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of ecommerce operations providing advanced technical and operational support across financial and accountrelated activities on a highvolume marketplace platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex accountrelated issues and manage escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Handle detailed merchant and customer account reconciliations ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Analyze transaction patterns to detect risks anomalies or unusual activity in the marketplace.
- Provide expert guidance on internal marketplace financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to address and resolve crossfunctional operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP macros).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with ecommerce or marketplace platforms (e.g. Amazon eBay).
- Experience in customer or merchant support functions in a fastpaced environment.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel skills including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- Macros

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
