About the Role
As a Junior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist youll work closely with German agencies and businesses assisting them in launching and optimizing their online advertising campaigns. This is a targetdriven role where youll collaborate with clients providing expert guidance to ensure their digital marketing efforts are effective and impactful.
Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate and create impactful PPC campaigns.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with client objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze campaign data to drive spend identify upsell opportunities and ensure longterm campaign sustainability.

Client Engagement: Manage a high volume of client interactions daily delivering topquality support and fostering strong relationships.
What Were Looking For

Educational Background: A BA/BS degree or equivalent; an MA/MSc in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus.

Experience: At least 12 years in sales and/or online advertising.

Strong desire to meet and exceed productivity customer satisfaction and target goals.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.
