Customer Support Specialist Czech Relocate to Sofia Bulgaria Attractive Salary Relocation Support Premium Benefits

Location: Onsite in Sofia Bulgaria
Schedule: Rotational shifts (5 days/week 8hour shifts) with 2 days off
Relocation Assistance: Includes travel expense reimbursement and full support

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone email and chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries about products orders account details and troubleshooting

  • Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure toptier customer experiences

  • Handle and escalate complex issues as needed ensuring prompt resolution

  • Stay uptodate with company products services and customer support protocols

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent Czech (C2) both spoken and written

  • English (B2) for internal communication and training

  • Previous experience in customer support retail or similar roles is beneficial

  • Strong communication skills and a problemsolving mindset

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced international team environment

  • A proactive detailoriented approach to work

  • Willingness to relocate and grow within the company
