Location: Onsite in Sofia Bulgaria
Schedule: Rotational shifts (5 days/week 8hour shifts) with 2 days off
Relocation Assistance: Includes travel expense reimbursement and full support
What Youll Be Doing:

Provide excellent customer support via phone email and chat

Assist customers with inquiries about products orders account details and troubleshooting

Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems
-
Collaborate with team members to ensure toptier customer experiences

Handle and escalate complex issues as needed ensuring prompt resolution
-
Stay uptodate with company products services and customer support protocols
What Were Looking For:

Fluent Czech (C2) both spoken and written
-
English (B2) for internal communication and training
-
Previous experience in customer support retail or similar roles is beneficial

Strong communication skills and a problemsolving mindset

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced international team environment
