You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Global Data Governance team works with the Segment Data Governance and Office teams across Manulife to enable faster and easier access to data with the right controls. This is an opportunity to work on a global team to learn more about data storytelling through the development of dashboards and data analytics. This role supports the creation of dashboards automated workflows and templates for the Global Data governance team and its business partners. The Data Governance Coop will also support the maintenance of the Global Data Governance SharePoint site.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports the Global and Segment Data Governance and Office teams in the development and operationalization of the Data Governance KPI dashboard.
Supports the creation of Data Governance reports process flows templates and job aids.
Helps to maintain and enhance the Global Data Governance SharePoint site.
Supports training and communication activities for the team.
Organizes and facilitates meetings and takes meeting minutes.
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a coop program at your postsecondary institution.
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Mathematics Engineering Statistics or other quantitative disciplines.
Understanding and experience working with PowerBI PowerApps SharePoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
Strong written communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized good time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
