Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated security personnel to support our clients in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries with a focus on asset protection. The ideal candidates must be available for casual oncall shifts and able to travel to multiple sites across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Position Overview:
Wages: $18.00/hr (depending on site)
Shift timings: Varies (Days Afternoons Nights and Weekends. Preference for those who can work different types of shifts)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deescalate tense situations by verbal communication using a variety of techniques designed to reduce risk.
- Escort medical staff including paramedics police and firefighters when required.
- Respond to medical emergencies and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.
- Unlock and lock doors for access by authorized persons. Denying entry to anyone without authorization.
- Assist with coverages at various sites to enhance security at strategic locations.
- Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
- Monitor CCTV footage and cameras for irregularities and perform dispatch duties for the site including emergency response.
- Perform foot patrols inside and outside the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- 6 months minimum of security experience minimum within large scale security operations is strongly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
- G or G2 class drivers licence is required. Vehicle is required to travel to the sites.
- Customer service experience is a strong asset.
