Responsibilities Reporting to the VP of Multi family you would interact and direct third parties when sending financial information related to the assets consisting of 2000 units set asset strategy plans for each individual property including the longterm plan projected performance risk assessment and market annual budgets and ensure they align with asset strategy plans manage valuations and property assessments assess development potential oversee the communications strategy for each property provide quarterly projections and review and approve capital projects and provide input into due diligence for new acquisitions. Prepare and present reports to the executive committee and stakeholders.
