Java Architect

Infosys Seeking aJavaArchitect
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Java technologies cloud computing platforms and modern architectural principles. With a strong focus on the technical aspects of solution design and implementation you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. Proficiency in data architecture legacy modernization and handson experience with containerization and messaging systems is essential. Excellent communication skills and a selfdriven attitude are required to collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix AZor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of InformationTechnologyexperience.
• Experience in technology architecture system design and enterprise application development.
• Experience in Java SE and Java EE.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lead the design and development of highperformance scalable enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
• At least 7 years ofArchitect and implement solutions on cloud platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift AWS Azure or Google Cloud leveraging cloudnative services.
• Experience inUtilize Java Spring Spring Boot and microservices architecture to build robust and efficient applications.
• Extensive experience with Spring Framework Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience inImplementing containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for application deployment and scaling.
• Experience in Integrating and optimize messaging systems such as IBM MQ Apache Kafka and Solace within the application architecture.
• Design and manage databases including Oracle and NoSQL databases ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Apply architectural principles design patterns and SOLID principles to develop maintainable and scalable software solutions.
• Lead technical efforts to modernize legacy systems integrating new technologies to enhance functionality and performance.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with architectural standards and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our technical landscape.
• Explore and implement AI and ML technologies to enhance application capabilities and drive innovation.
• Proven experience in modernizing legacy systems and integrating modern technologies.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on technical challenges.
• Excellent technical communication skills capable of articulating complex technical concepts to development teams and technical stakeholders.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
• Knowledge of AI and ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.
