Job Description
Regions Hospital is seeking a Sr. Medical Assistant to support our Oncology Infusion department in afulltimeposition MondayFriday 8 am5:00 pm.
In this position you will perform designated duties relating to patient diagnosis and treatment based on the agespecific needs of the adolescent and patient population served; assist doctors and nurses in a clinic setting in the provision of general health care; coordinate clinic specific functions; monitor and order needed supplies for the clinic act as back up position to the front/back desk area work with computer software database programs and perform related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent and successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
- Six months experience in specialty area (e.g. Oncology Medicine).
