Secret CurrentThe Mission Systems Technology Release Lead (individual contributor) is primarily responsible for synchronizing the Engineering Business Development Global Trade and program teams in support of new addressable markets international product offerings and expanded international opportunities. This includes supporting the organizations development activities with regard to Plan for Export (P4E) / Design for Export (D4E).
This role will be worked onsite in El Segundo CA; McKinney TX; Cedar Rapids IA; or Marlborough MA.
What YOU Will Do:
Work with Business Development Engineering Global Trade and program teams to define export opportunities determine exportability gaps and work appropriate solutions in time to take advantage of opportunities.
Ensure programs have USG release approval for all international programs.
Ensure ongoing relationships with USG export decision makers remains strong.
Participate in Gate Reviews Ops Reviews Strategy Sessions Staff Meetings etc. to ensure all aspects of technology release are being considered and to identify exportability gaps as early as possible.
Maintain cognizance of international pursuits to ensure appropriate time is considered for release approvals.
For each export opportunity ensure every Low Observable/Counter Low Observable Critical Program Information (LO/CLO/CPI) assessment is completed in accordance with current USG policies (e.g. DoDM S5230.28 LO/CLO Decision Memoranda Horizontal Protection Guide (HPG) Service Policies etc.).
Assist with maintaining or establish access to the required classified (collateral) release documents (LO/CLO/CPI assessments and applicable USG policies etc.) and ensure availability to those participating in LO/CLO/CPI assessments.
Review scope of Global Trade authorizations prior to submission and then any issued provisos to ensure a plan is in place to support program efforts while staying in compliance with any limitations imposed.
Identify and lead opportunities to shift from FMS to DCS sustainment and/or sales where appropriate.
Identify USonly products that have potential to be sold internationally and grow our international sale percentage.
Identify opportunities where the program can realize large program protection cost savings for both immediate pursuits and/or avoidance of costly redesigns for future international growth.
Foster a culture of compliance.
Maintain an active USG Secret security clearance.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required communicating with USG and facilitating international opportunities.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with Foreign Military Sales AntiTamper and Technology Security & Foreign Disclosure activities.
Experience with secure communications systems data links and assured navigation systems and missionized systems for specialized aircraft and spacecraft and/or ISR systems.
Experience through the full lifecycle of an international pursuit and program.
Program and project management skills and experience.
Experience in engineering and program management roles.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and engage stakeholders at all levels.

The salary range for this role is 162000 USD 326000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
