Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Phase 1 is working with business customers and Phase 2 with retail customers. Incumbents will review information in the Banks core systems and upload data to the Banks AntiMoney Laundering system. In addition interns will provide followup information to Retail Compliance and Business Bankers and track retrieval of missing information. Documents will be analyzed for completeness/credibility. This position is estimated to last a minimum of three months but could last six months or longer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review Know Your Customer (KYC) information
- Conduct customer due diligence reviews
- Analyze existing customer account information
- Customer outreach as needed
- Data input
- Interact with multiple departments within the Bank
- Work with multiple software platforms
- May create short narratives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Effective attention to detail
- Proficient at multitasking
- Ability to review information and solve problems
- Comfort with working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
